1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RONGSHRE platform (website, mobile application, or any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. About RONGSHRE

RONGSHRE is a multi-vendor marketplace based in Bangladesh that connects buyers with verified sellers. We provide a platform for sellers to list products and buyers to purchase them. RONGSHRE itself is not the seller of products listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must comply with the following:

• Provide valid NID and business documents for verification
• RONGSHRE does not charge any commission — full amount goes to seller
• Ship orders within 3 business days
• Maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Prohibited items (drugs, weapons, illegal goods) are strictly banned
• Products must be genuine and legally obtained
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

5. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Pay the agreed price including delivery charges
• Not abuse the return/refund policy
• Report issues within 7 days of delivery

6. Payments

RONGSHRE supports the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Send Money)

All payments are processed through secure gateways. RONGSHRE is not responsible for payment gateway failures.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location. Typical delivery within Bangladesh is 2-5 business days. Delivery charges are added at checkout and may vary based on location and weight.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post fake, misleading, or counterfeit products
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Harass other users or sellers
• Violate any Bangladeshi law
• Use bots or automated systems to scrape data
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on RONGSHRE — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is owned by RONGSHRE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

RONGSHRE acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, payments, or disputes between buyers and sellers. All transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. RONGSHRE will not be a party to any dispute.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
